Quick, easy and delicious – Capsicum/Bell Pepper dish

  • 2 tbs oil
  • ¼ tsp mustard seeds
  • 3 medium-sized capsicums, cubed
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds when hot. Then add capsicum. Use different colored bell peppers for interest.  Add all the other spices and stir. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Serve with naan or rice.
