Recipe: Cucumber + Cilantro Raita

A refreshing dish with any meal

INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
    • 1/4 cup chopped tomato (optional)
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

PREPARATION

Makes about 2 cups Raita.  Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Season to taste with salt. Chill raita, covered, until ready to serve.
